How can I get my cookies?

Cookies can be picked up at our licensed home bakery at 1315 Courtney Drive, Hamilton, OH 45013, or they can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States (weather permitting) using USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-4 days depending on the location. Tell us the day and time you'd like to come, and we will have your freshly baked cookies ready!

Can I order any combination and number of cookies?

Sure! We always say we can sell 1-1,000 cookies. Ordering by the dozen will give you the best price which makes it very affordable for weddings, parties, personal and corporate gifts.

How does weather and temperature affect the cookies during shipping?

Outdoor temperatures above 74 degrees will cause the chocolate in the cookies to become soft and gooey. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot ship then. We want our cookies to look picture perfect upon arrival. There are no problems shipping cookies in cold/freezing temperatures.

What kind of iced sugar cookies do you offer?

We have two types of iced sugar cookies. One type is iced with a thick layer of buttercream icing. You may choose the color of the icing. Just let us know your preference. Our other type of sugar cookie is iced with a royal icing that hardens allowing us to decorate the cookie with details such as what you see on the smile face and tulip cookies pictured on the Classic Cookies page.

What will the cookies look like when picked up or shipped as a gift?

All cookie orders will be placed in either a pink or white bakery box. If cookies are to be a gift, there will be tissue paper inside and a beautiful ribbon bow tied around the box. If they are being mailed, there will be bubble wrap inside each bakery box to protect them from breakage during shipping. A new, brown corrugated outer shipping box will be used. When mailing cookies, a handling charge of $3.00 for each bakery box will be applied to cover the cost of the shipping materials and the time involved to pack them up. It is time consuming to pack them up just right so they don't arrive broken. However, there is no $3.00 charge/bakery box if cookies are picked up here at our licensed home bakery. The pink or white bakery box measure 8" x 8" x 4". When mailing a dozen cookies, there will be four cookies on three layers with each layer of cookies being protected with bubble wrap. Cookies are packed tightly to prevent breakage. Each cookie will be individually wrapped in a clear, polypropylene bag with a label listing all the ingredients that are in that cookie as well as our contact information. Cookies stay very fresh in these bags and will not stick to each other or share flavors.

Each cookie label will have a "Best By" date stamped on it.

When will the cookies arrive?

Cookies will be shipped using U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Cookies will ship 1-2 business days after your order is received and should arrive 1-4 days after shipping depending upon location. Iced sugar cookies may take 2 days to dry depending on their design, which could delay shipping a bit.

May I send a message if this is a gift for someone special?

By all means! We will include your message on a card which will be inserted inside the box of cookies.

Is there allergy information listed on the cookies?

Yes, each cookie is labeled with the following statement: Manufactured in a facility that produces food products containing the following allergens: milk, soybeans, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and wheat.

How do I pay for my order?

If you are picking your cookies up here at our licensed home bakery, we accept cash or all major credit cards. If we are mailing your cookies, we will either take a credit card number over the phone or email you an invoice to pay online using PayPal.
